Interests.
My professional interests centre around organisational and personal development. I am particularly interested in why people do the things they do, as well as how organisations can get the most (or not!) out of their people through more effective management.
As an IELTS examiner and examiner trainer, I also have an active interest in assessment of proficiency levels in speaking and writing English.
